The Redwood user interface has been updated to improve accessibility and productivity. Notably, users can now manage collaboration messaging documents using a Redwood page, enabling more streamlined B2B communications.
3. AI-Powered Total Compensation Insights
An AI agent has been integrated into the Total Compensation Statement feature, allowing employees to interact with the system and gain a deeper understanding of their compensation details through natural language queries.
4. Advanced Flexfield Filtering
The update enhances the user experience by enabling filtered selection of values for descriptive and extensible FlexField segments on Redwood pages for Jobs, Locations, and Departments. This improvement streamlines data entry and enhances accuracy.
5. Improved Security and Payroll Configuration
New function privileges have been introduced to enhance security on costing setup pages, including Payroll and Department costing. Additionally, the configuration of payroll frequency in HR flows has been refined to ensure that payroll information is captured accurately during employee transactions.
