I'm Jennifer Mitchell Drews— a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with a career built on turning complex workforce technology into outcomes that actually matter for HR teams, employees, and the organizations they serve.

I've spent years designing and implementing end-to-end HCM solutions across the full Oracle Fusion ecosystem: Global HR, Workforce Structures, Talent Management, Talent Review and Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Workforce Health and Safety, Time and Labor, and both U.S. and Global Payroll. That breadth isn't accidental — the most impactful implementations are the ones where every module works together, and I've learned where the seams are.

What drives me right now is AI. Not AI as a buzzword, but AI as a genuine shift in what HR can do — predictive attrition models, skills-based workforce planning, intelligent automation that removes the manual burden from high-volume HR tasks, and analytics that give leaders the insight to act before problems compound. I've spent significant time helping organizations adopt these capabilities responsibly: ensuring privacy compliance, building governance frameworks, and making sure the technology earns the trust of the people using it.

Global complexity is something I navigate comfortably. I've led large-scale implementations that span business processes, data strategy, and organizational change — partnering with executive stakeholders to modernize HR operating models and build the reporting and analytics infrastructure to sustain them.
